Our story

Welcome to rise, the studio Offering you small group personal Training in Thanet. We Want to show you that moving your body and caring about your daily habits, nutrition and lifestyle Doesn’t Have to take over your entire life. We know That What You do in the gym needs to support your life outside of the gym. 

As we get Older, it is even more Important that we give our bodies The support they need to be able to Continue doing the things we love to do in life; whether That’s Maintaining the strength to do the work you love to do, the fitness to keep up with the kids/grandkids playing in the park or fulfilling the caring responsibilities you have.
