Here at rise we program your training, and then individualise it to you so that it is Specific to you and what you would like to Achieve. your body moves differently to mine, and your goals are also Different to ours, so your training should Really be adjusted to Reflect that. if you’re always Spinning your wheels and doing the same things then it’s probably time for a change!
we provide you with Structured sessions, that have a clear direction and intention. we coach you so that you know Exactly what the intention and Outcome should Be. but we also adjust On the go, to reflect how you are managing the load of your Life and your Training. who could guess that the life you live Outside of the gym would Have a Direct impact on how you feel and Perform inside the gym.
Movement patterns instead of exercises allow freedom. You will have Opportunity to explore movement and express it in your own way, which might not always Be in the way you or we expected.
Your program Will Repeat 6 times. This allows you to become competent and confident in what you’re doing. You will be able to clearly see progress, Because of this Consistency. The body does not need to be kept guessing in order for your muscles to get stronger, in fact it is quite the opposite, we will build your strongest foundations through repetition.
