our terms & Conditions

Welcome to Rise! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations for your participation in our small group and personal training services. By joining, booking, or attending sessions, you agree to these Terms.

1. Training Structure & Commitment

  • Upon joining, you commit to training on specific days and times each week. This ensures a consistent experience and allows our coaches to maintain quality programming and individualized attention.

  • Group sizes are limited to either 4 (SGPT) or 8 (Large Group) people depending on the membership style.

  • Your spot in a group is reserved for you each week at the agreed time. We do not operate a drop-in system for regular sessions, this is to avoid waiting lists and ensure group consistency. This is one of the ways we hope we can serve you best.

2. Booking, Cancellations & Make-Ups

  • You are expected to attend your scheduled sessions each week.

  • If you cannot attend, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. While we cannot guarantee make-up sessions, we will do our best to accommodate you in an available group within the same week, space permitting; any possible options will be communicated to you at the earliest opportunity.

  • Missed sessions where no make-up is possible are not refundable or transferable.

  • Persistent cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your reserved time slot.

  • In the event that both coaches are unwell and unable to coach you, we will make every effort to host alternative sessions for you to attend.

  • Rise Personal Training will open on most bank holidays [excluding Christmas day, Boxing day & New Years Day].

3. Membership & Payments

  • Memberships are billed monthly in advance via [payment method/platform, e.g., Stripe, Direct Debit].

  • Rise Personal Training Studio to close for one week per quarter. The dates of these week-long closures will be communicated at the earliest possible opportunity. But for your information, they will be built around the traditional school holiday periods. Your membership rate has been calculated to allow for this.

  • We suggest that you initially commit to 3 months of training to see the progress that is possible. Though this is not enforceable, and with the correct notice period your contract can be cancelled at any time.
